1. To shift items: More items, higher cost. Usually the transporter will charge you for the full truck load, even if the items being transferred are less than the truck load. Therefore, it is important to talk to the transporter first and find out the load of the truck used for transport.

3. Shifting day: Like any business, the home shifting industry also has its peak and low seasons. Peak season rates will be higher than peak season rates.
Should we book different companies for different packing and one company for both?
It is strongly advised to go with only one company for both packing and moving. This is to ensure 100% responsibility of the company that carries your goods safely. No company shall take responsibility for damage, with individual companies for packing and moving in the event of any breakdown during transport.

How long will it take to transport my household items?
Typically transport trucks cover 150–200 KM (including loading and unloading) in a day. However, interstate movement of goods takes longer due to octroi and entry inspection. The time will also depend on whether all the necessary documents etc. are in place.
Are there any circumstances that can cause my delivery to be delayed?
Although all auto shifting companies try their best to keep up with the time given by them, but in uncontrollable circumstances, if there is a delay then an officer of the company will get in touch with you.
What if my vehicle is damaged during auto transport?
But in case of loss- inform the auto carrier as soon as possible, keep your insurance documents ready, estimate the cost of the work to get your vehicle back in shape if possible.
